In addition to being efficient and effective, an onboarding tool must fit the company's culture. Danone's WellDan combines these three qualities and facilitates the integration of new employees at Danone's headquarters. WellDan was developed by a team from several divisions (HR, IT, Training, ...) in order to provide employees with a large amount of information.

To be available wherever employees are, WellDan was deployed on the company's communication channels, including Workchat, Danone's corporate social network. It currently displays advanced features such as broadcasts, welcome carousels, and satisfaction questionnaires to provide employees with an enriched onboarding experience.

Launched in 2020, WellDan has seen a steady increase in the number of questions asked per employee. It reveals the growing desire of employees to be supported during their first days/weeks/months. WellDan is achieving its objectives and is set to see its use increase as new HR projects are developed.
